Because you need someone or something to push you up.... Without being down you can never know about the worth of up.

Its ok if you dont wanna be depressed. But keep you mind high. Think, think and think only about the present. Futures make you sad by the not mich but a little. You dont have to be upset for this but renew it..

It was winter there.its a new academic year, I studied in university of canada, I heard my dad speaking over phone to someone whom i could possibly not guess. The conversation was so long and serious, then dad called me and told to clear the storage room upstairs
It was a of kind commotion i couldnt figure it out what was really happening.
I thought of asking my mom to know about things. But even mom was astonished to dad's proposal to future things. I hurried to upstairs and cleaned as much as I can


Its the day after i heard dad and mom talking about someone who is going to stay in our house. It wasn't that craving to me to get close to the matter. I moved my ears out of their conversation, its going to be my final year in the university I survived there for past 3 years as an half baked Canadian. Yes iam an Indian and living there in canada for 4 years as my dad's job got struck here

How to overcome depression

Depression, this could be awkward. It is not a foreign particle for you to get inflected as soon as you see  depressed people... Its from your brain may be from your heart sometimes. You can over come it... When your really wanted! thats why you are here.



People usually explain depression as they dont wanna do anything and sit it a place to stare at things or cry... Or feeling lonely thats true, your hormone levels that concern depression is way too high that time.


How to overcome depression?

=hear some music
=give your self a Dayout
=speak to someone who you always dont want to talk to
=spent time with babies
=create some hobbies
=sleep for hours
=write down how you feel

These are some of the way you can overcome depression... Music works for me more over... Everyone is different and life is a game you cant always win. There won't be more thrill.... Getting depressed as an human being is tough. But one thing for sure keeping creating smiles that proves you're not weak. Thanks for reading
